We hope you love your GoodsLabs purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we have a returns policy in place.
Returns Policy
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and stickers attached. Packaging must remain intact and seals unbroken (if applicable).
- Perishable goods (including food or supplements) cannot be returned.
- Items returned outside the 14-day window, or in a condition indicating they have been used, worn, or altered (including marks or damage), will not be accepted.
Final Sale: All discounted items are final and cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit (except in the case of faulty items).

GoodsLabs reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with our conditions, and such items will be returned to the sender.

How to Return
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Please email us at Hello@Labsstudio.co. You will be notified if your return has been approved and given instructions on next steps.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, it will cover the item cost only.
- We recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance for items valued over 2,500 THB, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
Exchanges
As our curated products are available in limited numbers, we recommend purchasing your desired item immediately to avoid missing out. Once your return is processed, you will receive your refund.
Refunds Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refund processing time depends on your payment provider. If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation, please check with your bank before contacting us.

Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at Hello@Labsstudio.co within 14 days of receiving your order, along with proof of purchase and supporting photos.

We ship both domestically within Thailand and internationally via DHL Express. All orders are dispatched from our headquarters in Chiang Rai, Thailand

Delivery times: 2–5 business days depending on location.
International Orders (DHL Express)
We currently ship to multiple regions worldwide. Rates are calculated based on destination zones and order weight:
Zone 1–4 (e.g., Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Singapore, etc.)

- 5 kg and up: ฿2,400
Zone 5, 8, 9 (e.g., Israel, UAE, Egypt, etc.)

- Delivery times vary by country but typically take 7-10 business days depending on customs clearance.
- GoodsLabs cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

- Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
- Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively once the sale is finalized.
